This truly iconic 1970's Ossie Clark set, with high rise trousers and matching blouse is the perfect ensemble to add to your classic wardrobe.
The mandarin collar of the blouse, boasts a side button and loop fastening that draws the eye to the asymmetrical button and loop fastenings descending along the left hand side of the blouse. The simple shoulder line boasts seams along each yoke, that set off the delicate pleats along the top of the full length sleeves, edged with single button and loop fastenings. The cinched in waistline is drawn in along the back with matching waist ties, setting off the longline stylised peplum cut. The high rise cut of the trousers sit perfectly beneath the blouse, setting off the iconic cut, and silhouette.

Condition: In good vintage condition. Some light yellowing along the mandarin collar of the blouse. Very light stain along the right hand side armpit. A darn to the back left hand side of the blouse. A small bias binding area internally in the blouse, where we believe fabric from the inside hem has been cut away to mend a button. Light colour variation along the front left hand side of the waistband of the trousers. Some light colour variation to the front left hand side of the hemline of the trousers and along the right hand side hemline . These minor issues are not overly apparent when the set is being worn, and do not detract the eye.
