This beautiful 1940's raffia bandeau hat, in a wonderful navy and white interwoven design with curved pointed edges to the back and a matching raffia bow is the perfect finishing touch for your outfit. The rounded yellow millinery tulle woven base is edged with yellow velvet piping.
