The V shaped neckline of the jacket, sits perfectly above the neckline of the dress, and is framed by 3/4 length sleeves. The tailored cut, is accented by tailored seams along the bust-line and central matching silk covered buttons. The jacket is lined in rayon along the bodice
The rounded neckline of the dress is framed by short length sleeves. The fitted bodice, is accented by tailored darts, that draw the eye to the cinched in waistline. The simple skirt completes this dress in an iconic 1950's shift dress silhouette. The dress is lined in rayon along the top of the skirt line and bodice.
This dress is fully lined in a silk petticoat, to match the silk lining of the jacket.

Condition: The dress is in near perfect vintage condition, with very faint discolouration along the armpits. The jacket has a faint discolouration mark along the back right hand side, which is a light yellow in colour. These minor issues are not visible when the dress is being worn, and do not in any way detract from the beauty or quality of this piece.
Washing instructions: This garment should be dry cleaned or hand washed in cool water.
