This truly eye-catching 1960's lime green tunic and trouser set, accented by gold toned metal buttons with silver in-laid rhinestones, is just the piece to add to your vintage wardrobe.
The rounded neckline of the tunic, is framed by a simple shoulder line, accented by decorative tabs, which are in turn embellished with rhinestone buttons along each shoulder edge. The sleeveless cut is accented by tailored darts along each yoke, which set off the fitted cut of the bodice. The waistline of the tunic is set off by wide sewn belt loops, decorated with rhinestone in-laid buttons, which draw the eye to the slightly flared hemline.
The matching trousers are set off by a fitted waistband which accents the High rise. The wonderful flared cut of the trousers, sit perfectly beneath the tunic, completing this ensemble in an iconic 1960's silhouette.

Closures: The trousers fasten to the front with two hook and eyes, a press stud and a 7.5 inch metal zip.
Condition: The trousers are in fair condition : There are water marks and age marks along each flared end of leg. Age marks and scattered marks along the front of the right hand side leg. The pen marks appears as two black dots. Scattered age marks along the left hand side leg and some light thread lifting to the moss crepe. The tunic has some light thread lifting to the moss crepe silk throughout . These issues are not overly apparent when the set is being worn and only noticeable upon closer inspection. Please refer to the photographs, as they form part of the condition report. This piece has been priced accordingly.
