Rendered in the softest shade of Jasmine cream lace, with a trailing floral embroidered pattern, and lined in matching cream rayon, this original 1950's dress is just the perfect piece to compliment your vintage collection.
The soft sweetheart neckline of the dress is framed by thin cream velvet shoulder straps. The fitted bodice, is accented by internal boning, which adds fitted construction whilst drawing the eye to the cinched in waistline and scalloped lace detail which runs along the central part of the bodice and skirt line. A matching scalloped lace feature is situated along the centre back of the skirt. The elegant full circle cut of the skirt, is set off by inverted pleats that drape from hip height along the front and back of the dress, accenting the pleated drape nestled within the wonderful line of the skirt. This dress has been photographed with a medium petticoat for added volume, this is not included within the listing.
