This wonderful 1940's ivory rayon satin blouse, rendered in a classic silhouette, is the perfect piece for your vintage wardrobe.

The double pointed collar frames the rounded neckline and central clear rhinestone embellished button fastenings. The simple shoulder line and yokes are set off by a rounded panel, from which small pleats gather and drape into the bodice of the blouse. Her full length wide sleeves draw in along wide turned up cuffs with decorative matching button finishings. Drawn in by darts along the waistline, this iconic 1940's rayon satin blouse is a timeless classic.

Closures: This blouse fastens with 7 buttons

Condition: This blouse is in good vintage condition. Natural and light impression marks to the rayon satin, this is a natural process for this fabric. Very light water marks to the rayon satin. The last button to the centre front of the blouse is a simple clear button and does not match the others. The top button to the right hand side sleeve does not match the second button. A very small area of gentle wear to the rayon satin along the left hand side yoke. A pin sized age mark to the back of the blouse along the right hand side shoulder. These minor issues are not apparent when the blouse is being worn, and only noticeable under close inspection.
