An iconic piece to behold, this original 1960's dress rendered in a yellow lace with gold and silver lurex thread floral accents, which are in turn decorated with large oval shape iridescent laguna yellow sequins, and small silver sequins decorated with silver glass beads, above a yellow toned rayon lining, is just the perfect statement piece for your cocktail wardrobe.
The rounded neckline is framed by a wide stand away collar. The simple shoulder lined, sets off the short length sleeves. The wide straight cut of the dress, is accented by a seam above the bust-line, from which gathered pleats drape along the length of the bodice, completing this dress in a timeless and iconic silhouette. This dress is fully embellished in beads and sequins, and is lined in a cream rayon.

Condition: The dress is in near perfect vintage condition. Light yellowing and wear marks/ make up marks along the internal side of the stand away collar. Faint and gentle age marks to the internal lining. Light areas of bead and sequin loss to the dress, along the left hand side shoulder and right hand side sleeve. A scattering of sequin and bead loss throughout. These small and minor details are well concealed within the embellishments and only apparent under closer inspection.
