"Ice Blue Soutache" Vintage 1950's Ice Blue Satin Soutache Embroidered Dress

Made in the most sumptuous shade of ice blue satin, and embellished with trailing soutache embroidery and iridescent sequins, in a trailing floral pattern, this original 1950's dress is the perfect piece for your vintage wardrobe.

Her rounded neckline is framed by wide shoulder straps and a fitted bodice. Her cinched in waistline is set off by the wonderful cut of the skirt, accented by an internal sewn hoop, allowing for the dress to keep its roundness along the hemline.

Closures: This dress fastens to the back with a 13 inch metal zip and a hook and eye

Condition: This dress is in near perfect vintage condition. Some very light impression marks to the satin along the hemline. 3 small black pin size marks along the back left hand side of the bodice along the zip. A small mark along the right hand seam of the skirt along the hemline. These minor issues are in no way apparent when the dress is being worn, and only noticeable under close inspection.

Washing instructions: This garment should be dry cleaned or hand washed in cool water.
