With the most eye catching pattern in shades of green gingham on a waffled nylon mix fabric, this original 1940's dress is the perfect piece to add to your seasonal wardrobe.
The rounded neckline is framed by a simple shoulder line and a notched panel design along the yokes and central part of the bust-line. The short length sleeves frame the fitted bodice, and draw the eye to the cinched in waistline, accented by three seams that radiate upwards from the waistline in delicate pleats. The simple A line cut of the skirt is set off by a large front pocket along the hipline. Finished with clear decorative button fastenings along the central line of the dress.

Vintage garments have been previously worn and lovingly cared for, they may however have a blemish or two. Here at Willow Hilson, we try our very best to note all the details of each garment, although we may sometimes overlook things, which we do apologise for. Please do not expect perfection, unless stated so.
Please make sure you check all the measurements of the garment before purchasing. Vintage garment sizes are not the same as those of today. To ensure the best fit, we suggest you measure you favourite similar style garment and compare it to the measurements we have listed.
