This original 1920's black silk jacket, embellished with gold metal thread embroidery and terracotta thread accents, in a wonderful floral and geometric pattern, is a rare piece to behold and the perfect statement piece for your wardrobe.
The Mandarin collar of the jacket draws together along the centre front with a frog button and loop fastening. The simple sloped shoulder line sets off the 3/4 length wide kimono cut sleeves, which boasts wide panels of metal thread embroidery along each cuff, with cloud like motifs, that set off the scattered floral embroidery designs along the sleeves. The wide straight line cut of the jacket is set off by detailed embroidery motifs along each front panel, framing the frog button and loop fastenings. Finished with a wide embroidery embellished hemline, and an intricately embroidered backline, this original 1920's jacket is a rare piece to behold.
This jacket is fully lined in silk.
