This wonderful 1940's knitted cardigan in a soft shade of French Blue, with twisted soutache wool accents, is the perfect piece to layer with this season.
The deep V shaped neckline is set off by central button fastenings in a matching shade of blue. The simple shoulder line is framed by full length sleeves, edged with ribbed turned up cuffs. The classic tailored line of the cardigan, boasts triple seams along each yoke, that set off the ribbed and trailing wool pattern, drawing the eye to the cinched in waistline, which is accented by vertical ribs.

Closures: This cardigan fastens down the centre front with 3 buttons
Condition: This cardigan is in well loved and not perfect vintage condition. Faint yellowing age marks along the front right hand side of the cardigan beneath the last button hole and middle one. Dark age marks behind the second a third buttons. These are not overly apparent when the cardigan is won as the fastenings conceal them and the marks along the top side are very faint. This piece has been priced accordingly.
