Made in the most wonderful shade of forest green velvet, this original 1950's dress is just the piece for your cocktail wardrobe.
The rounded neckline of the dress is framed by a simple shoulder and short capped sleeves. The fitted bodice, is accented by tailored bust lines that gathers pleats along either side of the front of the bodice, drawing the eye to the matching central green velvet bow. The cinched in waistline, sets off the box cut pleats along the top of the skirt-line, that drape from either side of the front of the waistline along the back and front of the dress. This dress is fully lined in rayon.
