This wonderful 1940's wool crepe mix dress in an eye-catching shade of evergreen is the perfect piece to add to your everyday wardrobe.
The square neckline of the dress is framed by trailing floral embroidery that joins the matching decorative bow placed along the left hand side of the neckline, which is set off by four pleats that run along the yoke from the left hand side shoulder seam. The simple shoulder line boasts small internal shoulder pads along the top of the sleeve seams, drawing the eye to the 3/4 length sleeves. The tailored bodice is set off by curved seams that join the cinched in waistline. The matching evergreen wool crepe belt sits along the waistline and sets off the small pleats that radiate into the flowing skirt, completing this dress in an iconic 1940's silhouette.
