The fitted bodice is accented by tailored darts that run from beneath the bust-line and draw the eye to the cinched in waistline, accented by a matching silk brocade waist belt. The elegant skirt, boasts a full circle peplum tier, which radiates from pleats along the waistline, and is set off by a thin layer of tulle underlay, adding extra volume to the design. Condition: This dress is in near perfect vintage condition. A small central mark along the front of the peplum. Some light colour variation along the shoulder lines and to the waist belt. Some faint discolouration and grey marks to the left hand side of the base skirt line near the hemline and side seam. These minor details are not overly apparent when the dress is being worn, and only noticeable upon closer inspection
