Made in the softest shade of dove grey chiffon and embellished with silver glass beads, silver rhinestones, and pearls, this mesmerising 1970's dress, in a pleated and draped design, is just the statement piece you were looking for.
The rounded neckline of the dress is accented by a fully embellished bust line, featuring 5 tiers of pearls, glass beads and rhinestones in fringed tiers, in a layered curve design, which sit above trailing grey bead intervals. The embellished bodice joins the back-line and fastens along the nape with two hook and eyes, setting off the wonderful rounded open back feature of the dress. The elegant shoulder line sets off the inset sleeves which are cut in full length angel designs, that drape along the skirt line. The empire line cut of the dress is accented by gathered pleats below each side of the bust-line that drape along the length of the skirt, which is fully lined in grey rayon. Completing this dress in a drape and iconic 1970s silhouette.

Closures: This dress fastens to the back with three hook and eyes and an 11 inch metal zip.
Condition: This dress is in near perfect vintage condition. Very subtle bead and embellishment loss along the bodice of the dress, these losses are mainly along the back where the fastenings are. A Very light and minor age mark along the hemline and one along the right hand side sleeve. These minor details are in no way apparent when the dress is being worn as they are well concealed with the drape.
Washing instructions: This garment should be dry cleaned or hand washed in cool water.
