This incredible 1940's crepe silk dress, accented by a palette of blush toned sequins, and the most incredible back swag, is a rare piece to behold and never again find.
Her elegant neckline is framed by gathered pleats that run from the padded shoulder line and contour the side of the bus-tline whilst framing the short length sleeves. Her neckline boasts lapels, decorated with trailing sequins in shades of soft pink and blush, framing the straight cut modesty panel.
Her cinched in waistline, is accented by a simple waist panel, and sets off the elegant long line drape of the crepe silk in the skirt.
Her breathtaking backline, features elegant rounded seams along the back left hand side beneath the waistline, that drape elegantly beneath a swag, that hooks along the top of the radiating seams.

Condition: This dress is in near perfect vintage condition. A small and sympathetic darn along the left hand side of the waist panel. A vey light age mark to the from right hand side of the skirt along the hipline . Very light age marks along the . A small pin sized darn along the left hand side back of the skirt just next to the back swag. These minor imperfections are in no way apparent when the dress is being worn, and only noticeable under close inspection.
