This truly magnificent 1930's raw silk dressing gown, with a pattern of bright blossoms surrounding wonderful garden scenes, with people and animals, parasites and picnics, in a muted palette of pinks, blues, reds, creams, blues, and greens, on a soft blue backdrop, is a perfect addition to your loungewear wardrobe.

Her V shaped cross over neckline is framed by soft lapels, that run along the length of the neckline. Her Full length sleeves are eded with turned up cuffs, that draw the eye to the matching silk waist belt. Her elegant cut drapes along the silhouette.
This piece can be worn drawn in or open, to add versatility to your wardrobe.

Condition: This dressing gown is in beautiful condition.A mend along the nape of the dressing gown, this looks and appears to be an old darn. ( photographed) A small darn along the left hand side sleeve. Three darns along the back of the dressing gown, midway height. A scattering of very small pinholes along the back of the dressing gown, these are only visible when held up to direct sunlight .These minor details are in no way apparent when the dressing gown is being worn and do not detract from the incredible beauty of this piece
