"Blooming Rose" Vintage 1940's Sequin Rose Embellished Black Dress UK 10 US 6
This breathtaking 1940's black dress, embellished with the most incredible sequin rose along the bodice, is a rare piece to behold and never again find.
Her rounded neckline is framed by short sleeves and a simple bodice, set off by double dart seams along the bust line and an incredible sequin motif of a large rose that runs from the waistline up to the right hand side yoke.
Her cinched in waistline, is set off by gathered pleats along the front of the left hand side hipline, creating elegant drape to the timeless cut of the skirt.

Closures: This dress fastens to the side with an 11 inch metal zip, and to the back of the neckline with a press stud concealed behind a mock button fastening.
Condition: This dress is in near perfect vintage condition, with some very light colour fading along the shoulder seams. These are not apparent when the dress is being worn, and only noticeable under close inspection.
Washing instructions: This garment should be dry cleaned or hand washed in cool water.
