Rendered in the most sumptuous 1920's silk chiffon and silk devoré in an Art Deco amulet design, surrounded by scalloped stripes and scattered polkadots, this dress is sure to be a statement piece within your cocktail wardrobe.
The rounded neckline is framed by a scalloped and pleated collar, set off by a central stylised pussy bow. The detailed shoulder line is accented by curved back panel wings that run from the shoulder seam and drape along the backline in a rounded design, joining the back of the waistline, whilst framing the simple hook and eye fastening along the centre of the back, concealed beneath a decorative silk devoré rosette. The 3/4 length sleeves boast a wide cut that draws in along each cuff, creating a balloon design. The straight cut of the bodice is accented by a curved under bust seam, that draws the eye to the double rosette details along the central part of the waistband. The simple wide cut straight-line of the skirt, completes this dress in an iconic 1920's silhouette.
This dress is sheer and may need to be worn with a dress slip to conceal ones modesty.
