A true beauty to behold. This original 1930's dress, rendered in a soft ballerina pink satin, showcasing the incredible pointed seam designs of the 1930's, is a timeless beauty to behold.
The V shaped cross over neckline of the dress, draws together above a concealed press stud fastening along the décolletage. The V shaped backline emulates the front of the dress, setting off the medium width shoulder straps and sleeveless cut. The elegant line of the fitted bias cut bodice, draws the eye to the pointed seam details beneath the waistline, which is also cut on the bias , which is accented by a matching pink satin waist belt. The wonderful rounded cut hemline of the skirt, flares out from below the pointed seams, creating wondrous drape to the satin, completing this dress in a timeless 1930's silhouette.

Closures: This dress fastens along the side seam with 5 press studs, a hook and eye, and two hook and eyes along the belt. There is a concealed press stud along the décolletage of the dress.
Condition: This dress is in good but not perfect vintage condition. There are two small holes side by side along the back right hand side panel of the skirt, just below hipline level. A small hole along the back left hand side panel of the skirt along the hemline A small age mark along the central panel of the skirt to the front, this is at midway height. A few very small and light water marks concealed within the drape of the skirt-line/ . Light discolouration along the satin along the armpits. A hole to the satin along the right hand side shoulder strap . A few small pin holes to the back right hand side of the bodice. These minor details are not apparent when the dress is being worn and only noticeable upon closer inspection. Please refer to the photographs, as they form part of the condition report. .
