A beauty to behold, this original 1930's satin dress rendered in the most sumptuous shade of amber satin, is the perfect statement piece for your special occasion wardrobe.
The rounded neckline is framed by a feature cowled panel, which drapes and pleats along the front of the neckline, joining each sleeve seam in gathered stitches. The elegant 3/4 length sleeves boast gathered along each side seam, which gathered and pleats the satin, creating a wonderful textured pleated design. The fitted bodice of the dress is accented by tailored darts beneath the bust-line. The cinched in waistline, sets off the wonderful straight line of the satin skirt, which is set off by a rounded waist seam along the back, from which a pleated panel drapes elegantly above the skirt, completing this dress in a truly spectacular 1930's design.
