There is yellowing along the armpits, and a darn along the right hand side armpit. The skirt has a small dot age mark 4 inches below the central part of the waistline, and a larger cluster of age marks further down. These marks are concealed within the pleats and the drape of the dress, but are noticeable upon inspection. Age marks along the bottom left hand side of the hemline. A few very light areas of colour variation to the silk chiffon in the skirt, this appears to be due to prolonged exposure to sun rays during its lifetime.  The cape is in good but not perfect vintage condition. The silk along the rhinestone embellished collar has a few minor areas of thinning and has been darns accordingly to strengthen the silk. The original silk chiffon button loops have been changed to ribbon loops as the original silk was too fragile to use. Some of the rhinestones along the collar have been replaced.
