This truly magnificent 1940's statement choker necklace, rendered on a base of linked wire work, upon which faceted glass beads, in shades of red, black and clear are threaded, in an alternating colour pattern, set off by jadette class beads and silver rhinestone spacer beads. The design of the chocker is accented by pearlescent droplets, which draw the eye to the central droplet feature, which dangles from the central part of rhinestone embellished setting.

Condition: In wonderful vintage condition, with gentle and light tarnishing to the metal features. Light and gentle wear to the finish of the pearlescent beads. Some difference in lustre to the inset rhinestones. Light and gentle surface scratches to the glass beads. These minor details are not apparent when the necklace is being worn and only noticeable upon inspection. Please refer to the photographs, as they form part of the condition report.
