Rendered in the most incredible shade of peacock blue crepe silk, this original 1930's blouse, embellished with cut away floral embroidery along the sleeves, is just the perfect piece to add to your vintage collection.
The V shaped neckline is framed by a simple shoulder line, from which gathered pleats radiate from the shoulder panels along the front of each yoke. The full length inset sleeves boast wonderful bishop cuts, which are in turn accented by trailing cut-away embroidery, in a matching peacock blue silk thread. The fitted cuffs are finished with simple press stud fastenings. The elegant line of the bodice, is accented by a pointed central panel, from which gathered pleats radiate along the base of either side of the bust-line. The fitted waistline is accented by a matching fabric belt, which sets off the slightly flared cut of the hemline.

Vintage garments have been previously worn and lovingly cared for, they may however have a blemish or two. Here at Willow Hilson, we try our very best to note all the details of each garment, although we may sometimes overlook things, which we do apologise for. Please do not expect perfection, unless stated so.
Please make sure you check all the measurements of the garment before purchasing. Vintage garment sizes are not the same as those of today. To ensure the best fit, we suggest you measure you favourite similar style garment and compare it to the measurements we have listed.
